It is that time of year again! Literacy Partners has a few opportunities for our members to volunteer their time this summer. First would be our largest event-style fundraiser--the Pig Roast on Saturday, August 30. There are 2 shifts available: 9a-12 and 12-3p. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Anne or Bob.
Our second event is the Back To School event for low-income families in Kewaunee County. Set Up will be August 16 at 9 am, and the event will be August 17. The event will be at Lakehaven Hall in Kewaunee this year. Shifts would be from 12p-3:30 or 3:30p-5:30. This is an amazing event that helps so many families in our area. Please consider taking one shift and helping us help others.
